Pre-Use Preparation: After cleansing, use a toner to adjust the skin’s pH value and open the skin’s absorption channels (this step can enhance the mask’s efficacy).
Apply the Mask: Open the package, take out the mask, and remove the transparent protective film (usually 1-2 layers). Align the mask with the eye, nose, and mouth positions, then spread it evenly on the face and press gently to ensure it fits closely to the skin (no air bubbles).
Wait for Absorption: Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes (do not exceed 25 minutes to avoid the mask drying out and reversing moisture absorption). During this period, you can relax or do light activities (e.g., reading, sitting).
Post-Use Care: Remove the mask, gently pat the remaining essence on the face and neck with your fingertips until it is fully absorbed. Do not rinse (unless the skin feels sticky and uncomfortable); then follow with a moisturizer or face cream to lock in the essence and moisture.
Frequency Suggestion: Use 1-2 times a week for normal skin; use 2-3 times a week for sensitive or dry skin (reduce frequency if no discomfort is relieved).
