Use it in the toner step of daily skincare, after facial cleansing, pat the face to keep it slightly wet.
Take an appropriate amount of toner on a cotton pad or palm, wipe evenly on the face and neck along the skin texture, or pat gently until fully absorbed.
Can be used as a brightening wet compress: Soak the cotton pad with toner, apply on dull areas for 5-7 minutes for intensive brightening care.
