Thoroughly clean your face and pat dry, apply toner to open the skin absorption channel, keep the face skin clean and dry.
Tear open the aluminum foil packaging, take out the mask, unfold it and stick the gel side closely to the whole face.
Keep it on for 15-20 minutes to let the essence be fully absorbed, then tear off the mask gently from the chin up.
