1. Prep: Clean the face with a mild cleanser, then pat dry with a soft towel. For oily skin, you can gently wipe the face with a toner containing hyaluronic acid to balance skin pH (avoid toners with alcohol). 2. Apply: Take an appropriate amount of gel (about the size of a 5-yuan coin for the whole face) with the included spatula, then spread it evenly on the face—avoid the eye area, lip contour, and other delicate skin areas. 3. Two usage modes: ① Quick mask: Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then gently pat the remaining gel with fingertips until fully absorbed (no need to rinse). ② Overnight mask: Apply a thin layer (avoid thick application to prevent clogging pores) before bed, and the gel will be absorbed naturally during sleep—wash it off with warm water the next morning. 4. Post-use care: For dry skin, follow up with a lightweight moisturizer to lock in moisture; for oily skin, no additional moisturizer is needed (the mask itself has moisturizing effects). 5. Frequency: Use 2-3 times a week for daily maintenance; for skin with obvious oiliness or pores, use once every other day (do not use continuously for more than 5 days to avoid over-exfoliation).
