1. Prep: After cleansing and toning, pat the skin gently to keep it slightly moist (avoids dry skin affecting serum absorption). 2. Unpack & Apply: Tear open the pouch, take out the gel mask (remove the thin protective film on both sides if any), align the mask with the eye, nose, and mouth areas, then press it lightly from the center of the face outward to ensure full adherence (avoid the eye contour and lip edges). 3. Absorb: Leave the mask on for 20-25 minutes; do not let the gel dry out completely (if it feels tight early, spray a small amount of toner on the mask surface). 4. Post-Care: Remove the mask, then gently massage the remaining gel serum on the face and neck with fingertips until fully absorbed (no rinsing required). Follow up with a moisturizer or night cream to lock in the repair effects. Use 1-2 times a week for regular care; increase to 2-3 times a week for intensive firming needs.
