1. Cleanse the face thoroughly. 2. Dispense an appropriate amount of toner onto a cotton pad or palms. 3. If using a cotton pad: Gently wipe the entire face in upward circular motions (avoid eye area) to remove residual dirt and balance skin. 4. If using palms: Pat the toner gently onto the face and neck until fully absorbed. 5. Repeat 2-3 times for intensive hydration (especially for dry or sensitive skin). 6. Follow with serum, moisturizer, or other skincare products immediately after absorption. Use morning and night daily.
