1. Prep: After cleansing and toning, apply serum (optional) to prep skin for better absorption.
2.Dispense: Take an appropriate amount (about a cherry-sized portion) of the mask onto the palm.
3.Apply: Gently spread the mask evenly over the face and neck, avoiding the eye and mouth areas.
4.Leave on: Do not rinse; let it absorb overnight while you sleep.
5.Follow: The next morning, cleanse face with a mild cleanser as usual, then proceed with your daytime skincare routine. Use 2-3 times a week or as needed for intensive nourishment.
