Sodium Palmitate, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Myristate, Water, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Cow's Milk Extract, Milk Protein, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Lauric Acid, Myristic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Fragrance (Natural Milk Fragrance).

1. For facial/body use: Wet the soap and skin with warm water.
2. Rub the soap between palms or with a washcloth to create rich foam.
3. Apply the foam to the face/body and massage gently in circular motions (avoid eye area for facial use).
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no foam remains.
5. Pat the skin dry with a clean towel.
6. For hand washing: Wet hands and the soap, rub to lather, wash hands thoroughly, then rinse.
