1. Prep lips by applying lip balm 5 minutes before use (optional for dry lips) to moisturize and soften lip lines. 2. Uncap the product and wipe excess tint from the applicator. 3. Start from the center of the upper lip, apply evenly to the left and right sides along the lip contour. 4. Apply to the lower lip in the same way, and layer once more for more intense color if needed. 5. Wait 10-15 seconds for the tint to dry slightly and set the color. 6. Blot lightly with a tissue for a more natural matte finish (optional). Touch up as needed after eating or drinking.
