1. Curl lashes with an eyelash curler first (optional but recommended for better curling effect). 2. Apply your favorite mascara as usual and wait for 10-15 seconds until it’s slightly dry. 3. Hold the mascara fixer brush horizontally, apply a thin, even layer from lash roots to tips. 4. For more intense curling, focus on the lash roots and gently lift upward while applying. 5.
