1. Before wearing: Wash hands thoroughly and dry, check if the lens is intact and free of stains, and confirm that the power and color are consistent;
2. When wearing: Place the lens on the tip of the index finger, pull down the lower eyelid with the middle finger, open the upper eyelid with the thumb, and gently attach the lens to the cornea with the convex side facing the eyeball. Blink to adjust the position after releasing the eyelids;
3. During wearing: The daily wearing time shall not exceed 8 hours, avoid wearing while sleeping, and remove immediately if dryness, stinging or other discomfort occurs;
4. When removing: Wash hands thoroughly, gently pinch the edge of the lens with the index finger and thumb, and pull outward to take out;
