1. Prep: Wash hands thoroughly with mild soap, rinse completely, and dry with a lint-free towel to avoid lens contamination.
2.Unpack: Tear the individual lens package along the pre-cut notch, ensuring the lens is submerged in the preservation solution.
3.Check & Remove: Use clean fingertips to take out the lens; confirm the correct side (forms a smooth "cup" shape—wrong side is flat like a "plate").
4.Wear: Hold upper eyelid up and lower eyelid down with one hand, place the lens gently on the center of the eyeball, then blink slowly to let the lens fit naturally.
