Ceramide NP: A core barrier-repairing ingredient that replenishes the skin’s ceramide content, strengthens the stratum corneum barrier, and reduces moisture evaporation.

Use after bathing (preferably within 3 minutes of drying your body): At this time, the skin’s stratum corneum is moist, which helps the lotion’s ingredients penetrate and absorb.
Take an appropriate amount of body lotion (about 1-2 pumps or a 5cm-diameter amount) onto the palms of your hands.
Rub your palms together gently to warm the lotion (the slight warmth helps improve absorption).
Apply the lotion evenly to the entire body, focusing on dry areas (e.g., elbows, knees, ankles, calves) and massaging gently in circular motions until fully absorbed.
If using on extremely dry skin, you can increase the dosage or apply a second layer to enhance moisturizing effects.
For daily maintenance, use once a day (after evening bathing is recommended)；in dry seasons or for very dry skin, use twice a day (morning and evening).
