1. Take one tea bag and put it into a clean cup.
2. Pour 150-200ml hot water (80-85℃) into the cup, steep for 1-2 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bag and drink directly (add honey or sugar according to personal taste if needed).
4. Store the unopened box in a cool, dry, dark and airtight place; seal the box tightly after opening and consume as soon as possible.
5. Do not reuse the tea bag; do not drink if the product is expired.
