Tear off the individual plastic packaging, take out the eye mask, and peel off the anti-sticking paper on the ear hook.
Hang the ear hooks on both ears, adjust the mask to fit the eye contour closely, make sure no light leaks.
Use it for about 20 minutes, the steam will stop heating naturally, then take off the mask and discard it.
Do not use it while sleeping on the side/ prone, and avoid using it with eye makeup or on sensitive eye skin
