1. Tear open the package to take out the eye mask. It starts to heat up immediately after opening and must be used at once;
2. Tear along the perforation, place the white side of the mask against the eyes and align the notch with the nose;
3. Hang the ear straps on both ears to fix the mask;
4. Close your eyes to relax and take it off after wearing for about 20 minutes.
