1. Wet the face: First fully wet the face with warm water (the water temperature is recommended to be 32-38℃, close to human body temperature, to avoid skin irritation from too cold or too hot water); 2. Take the amount: Take about 1cm length of cleansing cream (about 0.5g) into the palm; 3. Lather: Add a small amount of warm water, and rub your hands quickly for 15-20 seconds until rich and elastic foam is produced (the denser the foam, the less friction on the skin during cleansing); 4. Cleanse: Cover the entire face with foam evenly, and gently massage with finger pads in a circular motion (focus on cleaning oil-prone areas such as the T-zone and both sides of the nose, avoiding the eye area, mouth area and other mucous membranes and damaged skin). The massage time is recommended to be 30-60 seconds to avoid over-cleansing; 5. Rinse: Rinse the foam thoroughly with warm water (ensure no cleansing residue, which may cause pore blockage or skin discomfort), then gently pat the face dry with a clean towel, and then use toner, essence and other products according to the normal skincare routine.
