1. Thoroughly clean hands with soap or fragrance-free hand sanitizer and dry them before wearing to avoid bacterial contamination of the lenses;
2. Open the package, take out the lenses and place them in a clean contact lens case, soak in fresh care solution for at least 4 hours (it is recommended to soak for more than 8 hours for the first wear);
3. When wearing, place the lens on the pad of the index finger, confirm the front and back (the edge with a smooth bowl shape is the front, and the everted dish shape is the back), pull down the lower eyelid with the middle finger, pull up the upper eyelid with the thumb, gently attach the lens to the eyeball, release the eyelids and blink several times to ensure the lens fits without deviation;
4. When removing, after washing hands thoroughly, gently pinch the edge of the lens with the thumb and index finger and take it out slowly;
5. After daily wear, put the lenses into the care case, rinse and soak with fresh care solution. The care solution should be replaced daily, and the care case should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected once a week;
6. It is recommended to wear a single lens for no more than 8 consecutive hours a day, and replace it immediately after the 30-day monthly disposable cycle, do not use beyond the expiration date;
7. If redness, stinging, tearing, blurred vision or other discomfort occurs during wearing, immediately remove the lens, rinse with care solution and observe. If the discomfort persists, suspend use and seek medical attention in a timely manner.
