1. Wash hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap and dry with a lint-free towel before touching the lens.
2. Tear open the blister pack along the pre-cut notch, take out the lens with clean fingertips (avoid nails scratching the lens surface).
3. Check the lens side: Place on the fingertip—smooth bowl shape is correct; outward curl needs flipping.
4. Pull down the lower eyelid with one hand, lift the upper eyelid with the other, and gently place the lens on the center of the eyeball.
