1. Wearing preparation: Wash and dry hands, take out the lens and check for damage and front/back side (bowl-shaped edge is front, dish-shaped edge is back);
2. Wearing operation: Hold the lens on the pad of index finger, pull up the upper eyelid with the other hand, gently attach the lens to the eyeball, and blink to fit the lens after releasing the eyelid;
3. Removal steps: Wash hands, gently pinch the edge of the lens with index finger and thumb to take it out, or use a suction stick for assistance;
