Wash your hands thoroughly before wearing, dry them and take out the lens, check if the lens is damaged or reversed;
Rinse the lens with care solution (daily disposable lenses can be worn immediately after opening without pre-soaking), place the lens on the pad of your index finger, gently pull up the upper eyelid, and attach the lens to the eyeball;
