1. Complete a professional eye examination before first use to confirm suitability for contact lenses. 2. Wash hands thoroughly with mild soap and dry with a lint-free towel to avoid contamination. 3. Tear open the individual lens packaging, take out the lens with clean fingertips (check front/back: correct side forms a smooth "U" shape; wrong side is inverted). 4.
