1. Wash hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap and dry with a lint-free towel before handling.
2. Tear open the blister pack along the notch, take out the lens with clean fingertips (avoid nails scratching).
3. Check the lens side: Place on the finger tip—bowl shape is correct; outward curl needs flipping.
4. Pull down the lower eyelid, lift the upper eyelid, and gently place the lens on the eyeball center.
5. Blink slowly to let the lens fit naturally.
