1. Before wearing: Wash hands thoroughly, check if the lens is intact and clean, confirm the power matches the left and right eyes, and soak the lens in fresh contact lens care solution for at least 4 hours (8 hours for first use);
2. When wearing: Gently take out the lens with index finger and thumb, confirm the front and back sides (the edge is bowl-shaped for the front, disc-shaped for the back), place the lens on the index finger pad, pull down the lower eyelid with the middle finger, pull up the upper eyelid with the thumb, gently attach the lens to the cornea, and blink to adjust the position after releasing the eyelids;
3. When removing: Wash hands thoroughly, gently pinch the edge of the lens with index finger and thumb, and take it off slowly to avoid force pulling;
4. Daily care: After daily wearing, put the lens into the contact lens case, pour in fresh care solution for soaking, and disinfect the case once a week;
5. Replacement cycle: The monthly disposable lens must be replaced within 30 days after opening, and shall not be used beyond the period;
6. Precautions: The wearing time is recommended not to exceed 8 hours/day. If dryness, redness and other discomfort occur, take it off immediately and seek medical attention if necessary; Do not share the lens with others, and do not wear it while swimming or bathing.
