1. Wash hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap and dry with a lint-free towel before touching the lens.
2. Tear open the blister pack along the pre-cut notch, take out the lens with clean fingertips (avoid nails scratching the lens surface).
3. Check the lens side: Place on the fingertip—smooth bowl shape is correct; outward curl needs flipping.
