The product adopts a "deep cleansing + gentle moisturizing" formula, and its core raw materials include:
Deep Cleansing & Exfoliating Core Ingredients:
High-Purity Bamboo Activated Charcoal: The key cleansing ingredient. It is made by high-temperature carbonization and activation of bamboo, forming a porous structure with a large specific surface area (1000-1500 m²/g); it can strongly adsorb excess sebum, blackheads, dust, and other impurities in pores, achieving deep pore cleansing without damaging the skin barrier.
Micronized Walnut Shell Powder: A natural exfoliating particle. After micronization treatment, its particle size is controlled at 50-100μm, and the edges are rounded by special polishing; it can gently rub off aged dead skin cells on the skin surface, improving skin roughness and dullness, and is safer than synthetic plastic microbeads (environmentally friendly and non-irritating).
Jojoba Esters Beads: A soft exfoliating auxiliary. These are natural wax beads made from jojoba oil, which have a soft texture and will melt slightly when in contact with skin temperature; they can enhance the exfoliating effect while reducing friction between hard particles and the skin, making the massage process more comfortable.
Moisturizing & Skin-Protecting Ingredients:
Glycerin: A classic humectant. It can absorb moisture from the air and the skin’s stratum corneum to replenish water, preventing skin dryness during exfoliation; it also has a lubricating effect, improving the spreadability of the scrub.
Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid): A multi-molecular moisturizer. Small-molecule hyaluronic acid penetrates the stratum corneum to replenish deep moisture, while large-molecule hyaluronic acid forms a water-locking film on the skin surface, avoiding tightness after rinsing and repairing the skin barrier.
Allantoin: A gentle soothing ingredient. It relieves skin irritation caused by exfoliation (e.g., slight redness, tingling), accelerates the repair of the stratum corneum, and enhances the skin’s tolerance to the scrub, making it suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
Texture-Improving & Stabilizing Ingredients:
Cetearyl Alcohol: A mild emulsifier and thickener. It helps mix oil-soluble and water-soluble ingredients in the scrub evenly, forming a stable creamy texture; it also has a moisturizing effect, making the scrub more skin-friendly.
Xanthan Gum: A natural thickener. It adjusts the viscosity of the scrub, preventing the exfoliating particles from settling at the bottom; it also improves the product’s stability, ensuring consistent texture and use experience.
Ethylhexylglycerin: A mild preservative. It inhibits the growth of bacteria and mold in the scrub, extending the product’s shelf life; it also has a weak moisturizing effect and no irritation to the skin.
Note: For the complete and accurate list of ingredients, please refer to the "Ingredients" section on the product packaging. Mandom strictly selects natural, environmentally friendly, and mild raw materials, avoids adding harmful substances (e.g., plastic microbeads, alcohol, synthetic fragrances), and conducts multiple skin irritation tests to ensure the product is effective in cleansing, gentle, and suitable for most skin types.
How to Use
How to Use
Pre-use preparation:
First, wet the face with warm water (32-38℃, close to body temperature) — warm water can open pores, soften dead skin cells, and enhance the cleansing effect; avoid using cold water (which tightens pores, reducing exfoliation efficiency) or overheated water (which irritates the skin).
Taking the product:
Squeeze an appropriate amount of the scrub onto the palm (about the size of a cherry, 1-1.5g for the whole face); do not use too much, as excessive product may cause excessive friction and irritate the skin.
Lathering and massaging:
Add a small amount of warm water to the palm, rub the scrub gently with both hands to form a light lather (the creamy texture will become easier to spread after lathering).
Gently apply the lathered scrub to the face, and massage the skin in circular motions with the pads of your fingertips (avoid using nails to prevent scratching):
Focus on areas with more dead skin and blackheads (e.g., T-zone, nose, forehead) — massage for 20-30 seconds with light force.
For dry or sensitive areas (e.g., cheeks, around the eyes), massage for only 10-15 seconds with extremely light force (or skip these areas if the skin is very sensitive).
Note: Do not massage vigorously or for too long (total massage time should not exceed 1 minute), as this may damage the skin barrier.
Rinsing thoroughly:
After massaging, rinse the face thoroughly with warm water to remove all scrub residues (pay attention to the hairline, jawline, and other easy-to-miss areas); residual particles may cause skin irritation or clogged pores.
After rinsing, pat the face dry with a clean, soft towel (do not rub the skin hard).
Post-use care and frequency:
Post-use care: Immediately apply a moisturizing toner and moisturizer to replenish skin moisture and repair the stratum corneum (avoid using functional products such as acid serums or retinol immediately after exfoliation, as they may increase irritation).
Usage frequency: Oily/combination skin: 1-2 times a week; dry/sensitive skin: 1 time every 2 weeks (or stop using if redness, itching, or tightness occurs); normal skin: 1 time a week. Do not use it daily (excessive exfoliation will destroy the skin barrier, leading to sensitivity and dryness).
