1. Prep: Clean the face with a mild, non-irritating cleanser (avoid soap-based cleansers), then pat dry with a soft towel. Do not use toner or essence with high-concentration acids before use—this may increase skin irritation. 2. Unfold & apply: Tear open the aluminum foil packaging, take out the mask, remove the white protective film on the front and the blue support film on the back. Align the mask with the eyes, nose, and mouth, first attach the middle area of the face, then smooth the mask from the center to the sides and from the bottom to the top—press lightly to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full fit. 3. Wait & relax: Leave the mask on for 18-22 minutes (slightly longer than ordinary masks to allow ceramide to fully penetrate the stratum corneum). During this time, keep the face relaxed and avoid excessive movements. 4. Post-use care: Remove the mask, gently pat the remaining essence on the face and neck with fingertips until fully absorbed (no need to rinse). For dry or barrier-damaged skin, follow up with a ceramide-rich moisturizing cream to enhance the barrier repair effect; for oily skin, a lightweight moisturizer is sufficient. 5. Frequency: Use 2-3 times a week for daily barrier maintenance; use every other day for intensive repair (e.g., post-sun, post-medical treatment) until the skin's dryness and sensitivity are relieved.
