1. Prep: Clean the face with a mild, non-foaming cleanser (avoid soap-based or acidic cleansers to protect the skin's weak barrier), then pat dry with a soft towel. For severely dull skin, you can gently wipe the face with a toner containing hyaluronic acid to open the skin's absorption channel. 2. Unfold & apply: Tear open the aluminum foil packaging, take out the mask, remove the white protective film on the front and the blue support film on the back. Align the mask with the eyes, nose, and mouth, first attach the forehead and cheek areas, then smooth the mask from the center to the sides and from the bottom to the top—press lightly to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full fit. 3. Wait & relax: Leave the mask on for 20-25 minutes (allow E.G.T ingredients to fully play their antioxidant and revitalizing roles). During this time, avoid excessive facial movements and keep the environment cool (high temperature may reduce the activity of astaxanthin). 4. Post-use care: Remove the mask, gently pat the remaining essence on the face and neck with fingertips until fully absorbed (no need to rinse). For early aging skin, follow up with an antioxidant serum or moisturizing cream to enhance the anti-aging effect; for oily skin, a lightweight moisturizer is sufficient. 5. Frequency: Use 2-3 times a week for daily antioxidant maintenance; for intensive repair (e.g., after staying up late, post-sun), use once a day for 2-3 consecutive days until the skin's radiance is restored.
