1. Prep: Clean the face with a mild, non-foaming cleanser (avoid soap-based or acidic cleansers to prevent further skin irritation), then pat dry with a soft towel. Do not apply toner or essence with high-concentration active ingredients before use. 2. Unfold & apply: Tear open the aluminum foil packaging, take out the mask, remove the white protective film on the front and the blue support film on the back. Align the mask with the eyes, nose, and mouth, first attach the middle area of the face, then smooth the mask from the center to the sides and from the bottom to the top—press lightly to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full fit. 3. Wait & relax: Leave the mask on for 20-25 minutes (slightly longer than ordinary masks to allow H.P.A ingredients to fully penetrate the dermis). During this time, keep the face relaxed and avoid excessive facial movements (e.g., talking, laughing). 4. Post-use care: Remove the mask, gently pat the remaining essence on the face and neck with fingertips until fully absorbed (no need to rinse). For severely damaged or dry skin, follow up with a mild, fragrance-free moisturizing cream to lock in nutrients; for normal skin, a lightweight moisturizer is sufficient. 5. Frequency: Use 2-3 times a week for daily repair and maintenance; for intensive repair (e.g., post-sunburn, post-medical treatment), use once a day for 3-5 consecutive days until the skin's redness and sensitivity are relieved.
