1. Prep: After gentle cleansing (use a mild cleanser to avoid damaging the skin barrier), pat the face dry with a clean towel. For better absorption, you can apply a small amount of toner to moisten the skin. 2. Unfold & apply: Tear open the aluminum foil packaging, take out the mask, remove the white protective film on the front and the blue support film on the back. Align the mask with the eyes, nose, and mouth, first attach the middle part of the face, then smooth the mask from the center to the sides and from the bottom to the top—press lightly to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full fit. 3. Wait & relax: Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes (do not exceed 20 minutes to prevent the mask from absorbing moisture back from the skin). During this time, avoid excessive facial movements (e.g., talking, laughing) to maintain the fit of the mask. 4. Post-use care: Remove the mask, gently pat the remaining essence on the face and neck with fingertips until fully absorbed (no need to rinse). For dry skin, follow up with a moisturizing cream to lock in moisture; for oily skin, a lightweight moisturizer is sufficient. 5. Frequency: Use 2-3 times a week for regular moisturizing care; use every other day for intensive moisture replenishment (e.g., after air travel, in dry winter).
