Prep the Skin: Cleanse the face with a mild, foaming cleanser (especially for oily skin) to remove oil and dirt. Pat the skin dry completely—moisture on the skin surface will reduce essence absorption. For better results, apply a thin layer of alcohol-free toner and let it fully absorb.
Apply the Mask: Take the mask out of the package, unfold it, and remove the two protective films (white backing and transparent cover). Align the mask with the eye, nose, and mouth holes, then press it gently onto the face. Use your fingertips to smooth the mask from the center to the edges, eliminating air gaps (focus on the nasal wing and hairline, where gaps easily form).
Leave It On: Wear the mask for 15-20 minutes. Do not leave it on for more than 25 minutes—overtime may cause the mask to dry out and reverse absorb moisture from the skin. During wear, you can lightly press the mask surface with your palms to promote essence penetration.
Post-Use Care: Remove the mask. Gently pat the remaining essence on the face and neck with your fingertips until fully absorbed (no rinsing required). For oily/combination skin, no additional moisturizer is needed; for dry skin, follow with a light gel moisturizer to lock in moisture. For daytime use, finish with sunscreen to protect against UV rays.
Usage Frequency: Use 2-3 times a week for regular hydration. For sun-damaged or extremely dehydrated skin, use 1 time every 2 days until the skin regains moisture (usually 1 week), then reduce to regular frequency.
