1. Pre-wearing preparation: Wash hands thoroughly with fragrance-free hand sanitizer and dry them, rinse the lens with fresh care solution after taking it out;
2. Lens verification: Check that the lens is free of damage and stains, and confirm the front and back sides (arc bowl-shaped edge is front side, outer disc-shaped edge is reverse side);
3. Wearing steps: Hold the lens with the pad of the index finger, open the upper and lower eyelids with the other hand, gently attach the lens to the eyeball surface, and blink gently to fit the lens to the eye surface;
4. Removal steps: After washing hands, pinch the edge of the lens softly with thumb and index finger and take it out;
5. Notes: The usage period shall not exceed 30 days after opening, wear no more than 8 hours a day, clean and store with care solution daily, and stop wearing and seek medical advice immediately if eye discomfort occurs.
