1. Before wearing: Wash hands thoroughly with fragrance-free soap and dry them, check if the lens is intact and free of stains, and confirm the power matches the left and right eyes;
2. When wearing: Take out the lens with the pad of the index finger, confirm the front and back sides (the edge is bowl-shaped for the front, disc-shaped for the back), gently pull the upper and lower eyelids, and gently attach the lens to the cornea, then blink to adjust to a comfortable position;
3. When removing: Wash hands thoroughly, gently pinch the edge of the lens with the index finger and thumb, and take it off slowly to avoid force pulling;
4. Precautions: The daily wearing time should not exceed 8 hours, and wearing during sleep is prohibited; Disposable after opening, not reusable or soaked for reuse; If redness, itching, foreign body sensation and other discomfort occur, take off the lens immediately and seek medical attention; Do not share the lens with others to avoid cross-infection.
