1. Pre-wearing preparation: Wash and dry hands, and take out the lens in a clean environment;
2. Lens inspection: Confirm that the lens is free of damage and stains, and the front and back sides are correct (inner edge is front side, outer edge is reverse side);
3. Wearing operation: Hold the lens with the pad of the index finger, pull the eyelid with the other hand, gently attach the lens to the eyeball surface, and blink gently to fit the lens;
4. Removal method: After washing hands, gently pinch the edge of the lens with thumb and index finger to take it out;
5. Notes: Wear and discard on the same day after opening, do not reuse, wear for no more than 8 hours, and remove immediately and seek medical advice if eye discomfort occurs.
