2-Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate (HEMA), N-Vinylpyrrolidone (NVP), Ethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate (EGDMA), Methacrylic Acid (MAA), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric Acid, Purified Water.
