Basic usage method (used during bathing, 1-2 times a week):
① Pre-treatment: First rinse the whole body with warm water (38-40℃, close to body temperature) to fully moisten the skin (cuticles are easier to remove after softening, reducing particle friction irritation);
② Take and apply: Take an appropriate amount of scrub (about 1-2 spoons, adjusted according to body parts, take a little more for elbows and knees), rub in the palm for 10 seconds, then evenly apply to the parts that need exfoliation (such as arms, legs, waist and abdomen, avoid sensitive and thin skin such as face and chest);
③ Gentle massage: Gently massage with finger pads in a "circular" motion (the strength should be such that there is no stinging on the skin), massage each part for 30 seconds-1 minute (elbows and knees can be extended to 1-2 minutes), focusing on cleaning the areas with keratin accumulation;
④ Thorough rinsing: After massage, rinse the residual scrub and shed cuticles on the body thoroughly with warm water (ensure no particle residue to avoid clogging pores), and finally gently pat dry with a clean towel.
Advanced care tips (special care for dry and rough areas):
① For elbows and knees: Take a small amount of scrub and mix with 1 drop of body oil (such as jojoba oil), apply a thick layer locally, massage for 2 minutes, leave for 1 minute and rinse, which can enhance the exfoliation effect and moisturizing power;

Precautions:
Do not use when the skin has wounds, sunburn, eczema or inflammation to avoid stimulating and worsening discomfort;
