• ROMAND Glasting Melting Balm 13 Scotch Nude is a "moisturizing glossy lip balm" designed for a natural, subtle, and dewy lip look. Its core highlights include a creamy, melting texture that glides smoothly on lips, instantly hydrating and blending into the skin without stickiness. The 13 Scotch Nude shade is a low-saturation warm nude-brown with subtle sheen—buildable pigmentation offers a sheer "no-makeup" effect when lightly swiped, and a richer, more elegant tone when layered, flattering all skin tones.
• Infused with nourishing ingredients like shea butter, jojoba seed oil, and panthenol, it relieves dryness, prevents flaking, and nourishes lips long-term. The long-wearing formula retains moisture for 5-6 hours, maintaining a natural glossy finish without fading. Free of alcohol, mineral oil, and heavy fragrances, it’s gentle on sensitive lips. The compact, sleek packaging is portable, ideal for daily use and touch-ups, balancing comfort, understated elegance, and practicality.
