Description
- ROMAND Han All Flat Brow W1 Gentle Brown is a versatile brow pencil tailored for Korean-style brow makeup, integrating "easy shaping", "natural coloring", and "long-lasting wear". Its key design is the 1.5mm flat oval pencil core—unlike traditional round tips, the flat shape allows for two core functions: 1) Drawing the brow outline with the edge of the tip (creating soft, smooth brow edges); 2) Filling sparse areas with the wide surface (mimicking the natural direction of brow hairs with short strokes), balancing efficiency and naturalness.

The main raw materials are categorized into core coloring & long-lasting ingredients, texture-adjusting & shaping ingredients, and gentle nourishing & auxiliary ingredients, all complying with international cosmetic safety standards:
1. Core Coloring & Long-Lasting Ingredients
Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492): Natural mineral colorants that provide the "Gentle Brown" shade. They have high color stability and low irritation, ensuring the color remains true and does not fade easily under light or sebum.
Polyurethane-15: A film-forming polymer that forms a thin, flexible, waterproof/oil-resistant film on the skin after application. It locks in color and prevents smudging caused by sweat, oil, or water.
Triethoxycaprylylsilane: An adhesion enhancer that improves the formula’s adherence to the skin and brow hairs, reducing color transfer and extending wear time.
2. Texture-Adjusting & Shaping Ingredients
Carnauba Wax: A natural plant wax that adjusts the hardness of the pencil core—ensuring it is smooth to apply (not too hard to scratch the skin, nor too soft to break) and maintains its shape during use.
Candelilla Wax: Enhances the flexibility of the pencil core, making it easier to draw fine, hair-like strokes. It also improves the formula’s spreadability, avoiding uneven coloring.
Synthetic Beeswax: Boosts the adhesion of the color to the skin and brows, ensuring long-lasting wear without a sticky feel. It also helps blend the waxes and colorants for a uniform texture.
3. Gentle Nourishing & Auxiliary Ingredients
Panthenol (Provitamin B5): A soothing and moisturizing ingredient that nourishes the delicate skin around the eyebrows, reducing irritation from the pencil core and relieving dryness.
Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate): An antioxidant that prevents the formula from oxidizing and fading. It also protects the skin around the brows from environmental damage (e.g., dry air).
Phenoxyethanol: A mild preservative that meets international safety standards. It inhibits microbial growth in the formula, extending the product’s shelf life (paraben-free).
Disodium EDTA: A stabilizer that chelates metal ions in the formula, preventing ingredient oxidation and maintaining the stability of the pencil core’s texture and color.
The exact ingredient list shall be subject to the "Ingredients" label on the product packaging (formulas may be slightly adjusted based on regional cosmetic regulations and brand updates, but all remain safe and effective).
How to Use
How to Use
Brow Prep: Use the built-in spoolie brush to comb brow hairs upward and outward along their natural growth direction—this reveals sparse areas and messy strands. For overly long brow hairs, trim them slightly with small scissors to ensure a neat base (avoid over-trimming to prevent an unnatural look).
Define the Brow Tail: Hold the pencil at a 45° angle to the skin. Start from the brow tail (the most critical part for shaping): use the edge of the flat tip to draw short, light strokes from the brow tail toward the brow arch (following the natural direction of brow hairs), defining the upper and lower edges of the brow tail (keep lines soft, not sharp).
Fill the Brow Body: Move to the brow body (between the brow arch and brow head). Use the wide surface of the flat tip to draw fine, hair-like strokes in the direction of brow growth (upward for the upper half, outward for the lower half). Focus on filling sparse spots—apply light pressure to avoid heavy, unnatural color.
Softening the Brow Head: For the brow head (innermost part), use the edge of the tip with very light pressure to create a "gradual fade" effect (the brow head should be 1-2 shades lighter than the brow body/tail). Do not apply directly with the wide surface, as this may make the brow head look heavy.
Blend & Set: Use the spoolie brush again to comb the entire brows upward and outward—this blends the color evenly, softens strokes, and makes the brows look more natural. For oily skin or all-day wear, apply a thin layer of clear brow gel to lock in the shape.
Touch-Up: When touching up (e.g., after lunch), first blot excess oil around the brows with a tissue. Then use the pencil to fill in faded areas (focus on the brow tail) and comb with the spoolie brush to avoid unevenness.
Note: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (high temperature may soften or break the pencil core). Twist out only 1-2mm of the core at a time—over-extending may cause it to snap.
