Apply the First Layer (Light Coverage): Twist open the tint, use the built-in thin applicator to take a small amount of product, and apply it along the lip line first (start from the center of the upper lip and spread outward, then do the lower lip). Build Up for Intense Color (Optional): If you want a more saturated color, wait 1-2 minutes for the first layer to dry slightly, then apply a second layer evenly on the entire lips. Focus on the center of the lips to enhance the "plump" effect.
