ROMAND Zero Velvet Tint 18 Petal Tassel is a popular velvet-matte lip tint that combines "lightweight comfort + long-wearing pigment + mild hydration," designed for everyday and casual makeup looks. Its core features are:

1. Zero-Feel Velvet Texture: The formula has a lightweight, fluid texture that glides smoothly onto the lips— it dries down to a soft velvet-matte finish without feeling heavy, sticky, or drying. Unlike thick matte lipsticks, it moves slightly with lip movements, avoiding cracks or tightness.
2. Fresh "Petal Tassel" Shade: 18 Petal Tassel is a soft, buildable shade— the base color is a fresh pinkish/peachy nude with subtle depth (like the softness of flower petals), suitable for layering (light application for a "my lips but better" look, heavy application for a more defined finish).
3. Long-Wearing & Even Fading: The tint has strong pigment adherence— it stays on for 4-6 hours with daily use (longer if avoiding oily foods). When it fades, it leaves a natural "stain" on the lips (no patchy or uneven residue), maintaining a polished look.
4. Mild Hydration for Dry Lips: Infused with moisturizing ingredients (e.g., sodium hyaluronate, panthenol derivatives)— these ingredients form a thin protective film on the lips, preventing moisture loss and reducing dryness, making it suitable for daily long-term wear.
5. User-Friendly Applicator: Equipped with a soft, flat doe-foot applicator— the tip is designed to fit the lip contour (e.g., cupid’s bow, lip edges), allowing precise application without smudging. It picks up the right amount of product, avoiding over-application.

（specific ingredients subject to product packaging; core components listed below）：
Colorants (Pigments):
Red 22 (CI 45380) / Red 28 (CI 45410): Common lip cosmetic colorants that provide the soft pinkish/peachy base of the "Petal Tassel" shade. They have good color stability and do not easily fade or oxidize.
Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891): A white pigment that adjusts the shade’s brightness and transparency— it softens the base color, creating the "petal-like" gentle tone.
Velvet-Texture Modifiers:
Dimethicone / Trimethylsiloxysilicate: Silicone-based ingredients that create the velvet-matte texture— they form a thin, non-greasy film on the lips, reducing stickiness and giving a smooth, powdery finish.
Microcrystalline Wax: A natural wax that enhances the formula’s adherence and helps the tint dry down to a matte finish without cracking.
Moisturizing Agents:
Sodium Hyaluronate: A hydrating ingredient that attracts moisture to the lips, forming a thin moisture-locking film to prevent dryness and tightness.
Panthenol Ethyl Ether: A derivative of panthenol (Vitamin B5) that penetrates the lip skin gently, providing long-lasting hydration and soothing minor dryness or irritation.
Glycerin: A natural humectant that 补充 s lip moisture, improving the formula’s spreadability and reducing the "dry" feel of matte products.
Solvents & Stabilizers:
Isododecane: A lightweight, fast-evaporating solvent that helps the tint dry quickly and evenly— it ensures the formula glides smoothly onto the lips without a heavy feel.
Disodium EDTA: A chelating agent that prevents metal ions in the formula from reacting with pigments— maintaining color stability and extending the product’s shelf life.
Phenoxyethanol: A mild preservative that inhibits microbial growth, ensuring the product’s safety and freshness (complies with global cosmetic preservative regulations).
Safety & Quality Assurance:
Free of parabens, mineral oil, and harsh sulfates— tested for skin sensitization by third-party laboratories, compliant with global cosmetic safety standards (e.g., EU REACH, US FDA). The pigments used are approved for lip use, ensuring no harm to lip skin with long-term use.

Prep the Lips (Optional but Recommended): For dry lips, gently exfoliate with a lip scrub (or a damp towel) to remove dead skin cells. Apply a thin layer of lip balm and wait 5-10 minutes— blot excess balm with a tissue to ensure the lips are smooth but not greasy (greasy lips may affect the tint’s adherence).
Shake the Product: Before use, shake the lip tint bottle gently for 5-10 seconds— this ensures the colorants and texture modifiers are well-mixed, preventing uneven pigmentation.
Apply to the Lips:
Step 1: Use the doe-foot applicator to apply a thin layer of tint to the center of the upper and lower lips (start with a small amount to avoid over-application).
Step 2: Use your fingertips or the applicator to blend the tint outward toward the lip edges— focus on the cupid’s bow and lip corners to create a natural, soft contour.
Step 3 (for deeper color): Wait 1-2 minutes for the first layer to dry slightly, then apply a second thin layer to areas where you want more pigment (e.g., center of the lips for a "gradient lip" effect).
Let It Dry: Allow the tint to dry completely for 2-3 minutes— avoid pressing your lips together or eating/drinking during this time, as it may smudge the finish. Once dry, it will form a velvet-matte film.
Touch-Up (If Needed): After eating or drinking, check for any fading— use a small amount of tint on the applicator to touch up the center of the lips (avoid re-applying to the entire lips, which may cause buildup).
Remove the Tint: At the end of the day, use a dedicated lip makeup remover (or oil-based remover) to gently wipe off the tint— avoid scrubbing the lips to prevent irritation.
