1. Prep: Cleanse face thoroughly with a mild cleanser and pat dry; apply toner to prep skin for better absorption.
2.Open: Tear open the packaging, unfold the water gel mask, and align with eyes, nose, and mouth.
3.Wear: Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes; do not exceed 25 minutes to avoid over-hydration.
4.Massage: Remove the mask, gently pat or massage the remaining essence into the face and neck until fully absorbed (no rinsing needed).
5.Finish: Apply a lightweight moisturizer or cream to lock in hydration. Use 1-2 times a week for maintenance, or as needed for emergency hydration.
