1. Prep: After cleansing, use a mild toner to balance the skin’s pH and remove any remaining impurities (skip heavy serums to avoid ingredient overlap). 2. Unpack & Apply: Take out the gel mask, remove the front and back protective films, align the mask with the eye, nose, and mouth areas, then gently smooth it from the center of the face outward to ensure full adherence (avoid the eye contour, lip edges, and hairline). 3. Relax & Absorb: Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes; do not let it dry out completely on the skin (if the mask feels dry early, spray a small amount of toner to rehydrate). 4. Post-Care: Remove the mask, then gently pat the remaining gel essence on the face and neck with fingertips until fully absorbed (no rinsing required).
