1. Prep: Wet face and hands thoroughly with warm water.
2.Lather: Take an appropriate amount (about 1cm) of cleanser onto palms, add a small amount of water, and rub vigorously to create rich foam.
3.Cleanse: Gently massage the foam onto the face in circular motions for 30 seconds, focusing on T-zone and acne-prone areas (avoid eye area).
4.Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with warm water until no foam residue remains (ensure clean rinsing to prevent pore clogging).
5.Finish: Pat face dry gently with a clean towel and follow with toner, serum, or moisturizer to hydrate and repair the skin barrier. Use morning and night daily.
