1. Wet the entire body first during bathing, press the pump to take an appropriate amount of body wash into the palm or on a loofah;
2. Add a small amount of warm water and rub to generate rich and dense foam;
3. Apply the foam evenly to the whole body, gently massage in circular motions with finger pads, focusing on cleaning dirt-prone areas such as elbows and knees;
4. Rinse the foam thoroughly with running warm water to avoid residue;
