1. Prep: Wet your face and hands with lukewarm water (avoid hot water to prevent skin irritation). 2. Dosage: Squeeze a pea-sized amount (about 0.5-1g) of the cleanser onto the palms. 3. Lather: Rub the cleanser between your palms with a small amount of water until dense bubbles form. 4. Cleanse: Gently massage the bubbles over the entire face in circular motions—focus on T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) and areas with keratin buildup for 30-60 seconds; avoid the eye contour and lip edges. 5. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all bubbles (residue may cause skin discomfort). 6. Frequency: Use 1-2 times a week for dry/sensitive skin; use 2-3 times a week for oily/combination skin (do not use daily to avoid over-exfoliation).
