1. After cleansing, tone the skin to balance its pH. 2. Take out one mask, remove the protective film, and align the mask with the eye, nose, and mouth areas. Smooth the mask gently to ensure full adherence (avoiding the eye contour and lip edges). 3. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. 4. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed. No rinsing is required; follow up with a lightweight moisturizer if needed (especially for dry skin). Use 1-2 times a week, or more frequently if the skin is irritated (e.g., post-sun or post-treatment).
