Pre-use preparation:
Clean the face with a mild foaming cleanser (to remove surface oil and dirt) and pat dry. For sensitive skin or first-time users, perform a patch test on the inner arm 24 hours in advance to confirm no irritation. Avoid using other exfoliating products (e.g., physical scrubs, high-concentration acid serums) on the same day to prevent over-stimulation.
Applying the mask:
Tear open the independent mask pouch, take out the mask sheet, and remove the inner/outer protective films (if any). Align the mask with the eye, nose, and mouth areas, then attach it to the face. Smooth the mask from the center to the sides and from the forehead to the chin— focus on pressing the T-zone, nose, and chin (where oil and pores are prominent) to ensure full adherence.
Waiting time:
Leave the mask on for 15-18 minutes (do not exceed 20 minutes, as grapefruit’s natural acids may cause slight dryness if left too long). During this period, avoid frequent facial movements to prevent the mask from slipping.
Post-application care:
Remove the mask sheet, gently pat the remaining grapefruit essence on the face and neck with fingertips for 1-2 minutes until fully absorbed (no rinsing required for oily/combination skin; dry/sensitive skin can rinse with cool water if feeling tight).
