Tear off the protective film of the thermal sheet, and stick it directly on the clean and dry neck skin (avoid wounds and sensitive areas).
It can also be stuck on the inside of the collar if direct skin contact is not preferred.
Use 1 piece daily for 6-8 hours, avoid wearing it while sleeping or for prolonged periods over 8 hours.
