1. Open the package, take out one pad, and tear off the release paper on the back;
2. Stick the pad in the center of the panties, ensure the absorbent layer is aligned with the secretion area, and press gently to fix;
3. It is recommended to replace every 2-4 hours, or replace in time according to the amount of secretions to maintain cleanliness and hygiene;
