Petroleum Jelly (VASELINE): The core moisturizing ingredient. Forms a breathable, non-comedogenic protective film on the skin surface to lock in moisture, prevent water evaporation, and create a "repair environment" for dry skin.
Glycerin: A natural humectant. Attracts environmental moisture to the skin, replenishes surface hydration, and works with petroleum jelly to achieve "double moisturization" (external moisture absorption + internal moisture retention).
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3, exclusive to purple series): A mild brightening and nourishing ingredient. Blocks melanin transfer to reduce dullness, regulates skin lipid balance, and enhances the moisture barrier—complementing the nourishing effect while brightening the complexion.
Vitamin E (Tocopherol): An antioxidant. Reduces skin dryness and damage caused by UV rays or pollution, repairs damaged skin lipids, and maintains skin softness.
Lavender Extract (common in purple series): A soothing plant ingredient. Calms dry, irritated skin, relieves discomfort from tightness, and adds a mild, natural fragrance (avoiding strong artificial scents).
Panthenol (Vitamin B5): A moisturizing repairer. Enhances skin barrier function, reduces dryness-induced tightness, and ensures the mask’s mildness for sensitive skin.
Paraben-Free, Artificial Dye-Free, Low-Fragrance: Adheres to VASELINE’s mild skincare standards, avoiding ingredients that may irritate dry or sensitive skin, ensuring long-term safe use.

Pre-Use Preparation:
Cleanse the face thoroughly with a mild cleanser (avoid strong exfoliants to prevent dryness 加重);
Pat the skin dry gently (do not rub vigorously);
Optional: Apply a small amount of alcohol-free toner and pat until absorbed to balance the skin’s pH and open absorption channels, enhancing the mask’s efficacy.
Apply the Mask:
Open the package, take out the mask, and remove the two layers of transparent protective films (one on the front, one on the back);
Align the mask with the eye, nose, and mouth cutouts, then spread it evenly over the face. Press gently from the center to the sides to eliminate air bubbles, ensuring close adherence (focus on dry, dull areas like the cheeks and forehead).
Wait for Absorption:
Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes (do not exceed 25 minutes, as excess essence may cause greasiness);
A slight soft or cool feeling during application is normal, as nutrients penetrate the skin.
Post-Use Care:
Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining essence on the face and neck with fingertips for 1-2 minutes to promote absorption;
For dry skin: No rinsing needed—follow with a lightweight moisturizer to lock in nourishment and brightening effects;
For combination-dry skin: If the T-zone feels greasy, blot excess essence with a clean tissue before applying moisturizer;
Daytime use: After absorption, apply sunscreen (SPF 30+ or higher) to protect the skin and maintain the brightening effect (brightening ingredients may increase mild UV sensitivity).
Frequency Suggestion: Use 1-2 times a week for normal dry/dull skin; use 2-3 times a week for severely dry/dull skin (reduce frequency once skin improves).
